0-10V Load Cell Amplifier with 10V Excitation Voltage

For interfacing load cells, strain gauges, and pressure transducers (or any sensor that requires an excitation voltage as well as amplification and filtering) to your data acquisition system. Each module includes a precision instrumentation amplifier, a 2-pole butterworth lowpass noise filter, and a precision 10V excitation source.

Applications


The SG11-10V is for applications where:
  • Your load cell will only be in compression
  • Your data converter has a 10V input voltage range

  • Gain jumper selectable between 333 (3mV/V) and 500 (2mV/V)
  • 10V excitation voltage with continuous short-circuit current limiting
  • Very low noise. Less than 0.5LSB into a 12 bit ADC
  • 2-pole butterworth output filter
  • High impedance 1 Megohm differential input
  • 25ppm low TC gain setting resistor
  • Diode protected battery connection. Accidently reversing the supply connection won't destroy the amplifier
  • High quality Phoenix terminal block connectors
  • Supply voltage 13V to 24V (two 9V batteries can be used)
  • Custom gains and bandwidths on request(available with any two gains from 1 to 1000
  • Available in any bandwidth  from 1 to 10KHz
